Barium Ferrosilicon Inoculant

• Product features:
  1. Barium and calcium are important inoculant elements in silicon barium inoculant. It has the function of deoxidizing and denitrifying, promoting cementite decomposition and graphite precipitation. At high temperature, barium vapor pressure is low, so barium in molten iron is not easy to be lost, and it also protects calcium from being lost. Therefore, inoculation decline is slowed down.
  2. Adding Si Ba inoculant to nodularized hot metal can increase the number of graphite balls, improve the roundness, eliminate cementite, disperse or reduce phosphorus eutectic. It also has weak spheroidization and pearlite stabilization.
